Can you change linen I already have at the villa?
Yes. Tell us the bed sizes, which sets to use and where clean linen is stored. Supplied-linen changes can be included from Cleaning Comfort by agreement within the booked scope.
Does a linen change include washing and ironing?
No. Changing clean linen and laundering used linen are separate tasks. Laundry, ironing and transport are quoted with quantities and turnaround time agreed first.
Can you prepare the home between family visits?
Yes. We can combine agreed cleaning, bed preparation and a readiness check. Tell us the departure and arrival dates so we can confirm availability and access.
Is this the same as a holiday-rental changeover?
This service focuses on private stays and linen support. A full guest changeover adds the rental checklist, booking turnaround and guest-readiness requirements and has its own service page and quote.
Can I book this service without a care plan?
Yes. You can arrange linen & home preparation as a standalone service. Tell us what you need and we agree the scope, availability and cost. If you already have a care plan, we check what it covers so any additional work is clear.
