Can I choose what goes in the welcome pack?
Yes. Send a list, budget and any preferences. We agree availability and how substitutions should be handled rather than assuming a fixed hamper suits everyone.
Are the groceries included in the service price?
The shopping budget and the shopping/setup service are identified in your quote. This keeps the contents and practical work clear before you book.
Can you stock the fridge before we arrive?
Yes, where access, working refrigeration and timing are suitable. Tell us the arrival time and what needs chilled storage so we can plan the setup.
Can a welcome pack include a cooked meal?
A prepared meal, private chef or catering can be arranged as a separate food-service brief. Grocery setup alone does not include cooking or table service.
Can I book this service without a care plan?
Yes. You can arrange welcome packs & groceries as a standalone service. Tell us what you need and we agree the scope, availability and cost. If you already have a care plan, we check what it covers so any additional work is clear.
