Yes. You can request an individual service or a one-off job without taking a monthly plan. Tell us what your property needs and where it is, and we will confirm the scope, availability and price before booking.

A care plan is useful when your garden, pool or unoccupied home needs regular attention. Each plan sets out the visit schedule and included work. Cleaning is priced per visit and can also be arranged on a regular schedule.

Yes. Our Away Care plans combine scheduled visual home checks with photo updates and secure key holding. Additional visits, repairs and other work are agreed separately. You can also request individual checks or access appointments.

We work across Paphos, Peyia and the Polis area, including Latchi, Prodromi, Argaka and Lysos, with Miliou and Kathikas in the wider area. Limassol appointments are arranged individually. Tell us your location so we can confirm availability for the service you need.

Our plans and cleaning packages show their included scope and price. For individual jobs, we agree the work and price before booking. Any additional labour, materials, specialist work or travel charges are identified separately, so you can decide before proceeding.

Yes. We can arrange guest arrivals, changeovers, linen coordination, pre-arrival setup and local support during a stay. You keep control of your bookings and choose the practical help you need; guest services are agreed separately from regular property care.
