We take away the green waste from our visits. Extra visits, existing waste piles, initial clearances, specialist tree work, repairs, plants and parts are quoted separately. Garden Care Plus stays the same monthly price, including months with 5 weekly visits.

A few useful details before you arrange a visit or choose a plan.
Can I book a one-off garden clean-up?
Yes. A garden tidy-up can include weeding, pruning and clearing leaves, without a monthly plan. Send us your location, a few photos and the work you have in mind. We quote according to your garden’s size and condition. Larger garden clearance jobs, such as tackling overgrown areas or removing existing waste piles, are assessed separately from routine upkeep.
How often should my garden be maintained?
That depends on the planting, size, current condition and finish you want. Garden Basic suits light monthly upkeep; Garden Care provides 2 visits per month; Garden Care Plus provides a weekly visit. We help you choose a schedule around your garden’s needs and seasonal growth.
What does a labour hour mean if 2 gardeners attend?
Labour hours are the combined working time of the team. For example, 2 gardeners working for 1 hour use 2 labour hours. Each plan shows the total labour hours included per visit.
Can you maintain my garden while I’m abroad?
Yes. We can arrange garden visits while you are away, with access and priorities agreed beforehand. Garden maintenance can be booked on its own. If you also want interior checks and secure key holding, our Away Care plans cover those separately.
Is garden waste removal included?
Yes. Every Garden plan includes collection and removal of the green waste produced during our visits, such as leaves, weeds and prunings. You are not left with the waste from our work. Existing waste piles and larger clearance jobs are quoted separately.
What irrigation work is included?
Every Garden plan includes a visual irrigation check. Garden Care and Garden Care Plus also include routine adjustments within the booked labour hours. Repairs, replacement parts and new installations are quoted separately.
