Pump & filter checks
Visual equipment checks in every plan, with concerns reported to you. Pool Care Plus includes backwashing as needed. Repairs and parts are agreed separately.

Can I book pool cleaning without a monthly plan?
Yes. You can book a one-off pool cleaning visit or ask for help with a specific problem. Send your location, pool dimensions, a few photos and what needs attention. We confirm the cleaning scope and quote before arranging a visit. A care plan is optional.
How often will you visit my pool?
Pool Basic includes 2 visits per month. Pool Care and Pool Care Plus both provide weekly pool maintenance. The right schedule depends on the season, pool system and how much the pool is used. Basic is for low-use pools and does not replace a full cleaning routine. Hot weather or frequent guest use may call for extra visits, which we quote separately.
What is the difference between Pool Care and Plus?
Both plans visit once a week. Pool Care adds vacuuming, brushing and routine pump and filter checks to the Basic service. Plus adds a full, detailed weekly clean, backwashing as needed and priority equipment reporting. Plus gives you a broader cleaning scope, rather than more weekly visits.
Are pool chemicals included in the monthly price?
Yes. Pool Basic, Pool Care and Pool Care Plus all include the normal chemicals used for routine pool care, including chlorine and pH adjustment. These are part of your monthly price. Green to Clean recovery is a separate service, with a fixed price agreed after we assess the pool.
Can you turn a green pool clean again?
Yes. Our Green to Clean service covers green pool cleaning and recovery after algae growth or neglect. We assess the water and filtration system, then agree a fixed price for the recovery work and required treatment chemicals before starting. This is separate from the monthly plans and may involve more than 1 visit. Cloudy water can also be assessed to identify the care needed.
Does pool maintenance include pump and filter repairs?
Visual equipment checks are included in every Pool plan. If we notice a leak, unusual pump behaviour or a filtration concern, we discuss the next step with you. Fault finding, repairs and replacement parts are quoted separately. We coordinate specialist support where needed.
Can you look after the pool while I’m abroad or hosting guests?
Yes. We agree access and a suitable pool-care schedule whether you live in Cyprus, spend time abroad or let your villa to holiday guests. Extra visits around busy rental periods can be arranged separately. Interior property checks, guest services and secure key holding are separate services; key holding is included in every Away Care plan.
Will the plans suit my pool size and system?
We confirm suitability before booking, based on the pool dimensions, condition, equipment and use. Let us know if you have a saltwater system, pool heating or automated controls. Larger pools, unusual systems or pools needing recovery may need a tailored quote instead of a standard plan.
