Yes. Small decorating jobs can be booked independently. Surface condition, preparation, finish and access determine the quote, not only the room’s floor area.
Can you combine several handyman jobs in one visit?
We can assess the list and group suitable tasks. Some jobs need a different trade, equipment or materials, which we identify before confirming the visit.
Can you repaint a wall affected by damp or mould?
We first discuss the cause and whether specialist assessment is needed. Painting over a recurring moisture problem is not a substitute for dealing with that cause. Any treatment or remedial work is scoped separately.
What is the difference between repairs and renovation?
This service suits a defined repair list or decorating refresh. A room conversion, substantial refurbishment or work involving several coordinated trades is handled as a renovation project.
