Can you help older residents with shopping and errands?
Yes. We can arrange practical, non-medical help with agreed tasks or accompanied shopping. The resident’s preferences and consent guide the arrangement.
Can someone accompany me to a doctor’s appointment?
Practical accompaniment can be arranged after discussing timing, transport and access needs. We do not provide medical advice, clinical care or make treatment decisions.
Can a relative abroad arrange regular visits?
Yes, with the resident’s agreement. We confirm what help is wanted and what updates the resident authorises us to share with their relative.
Do you provide nursing, personal care or medication support?
Those services are not part of Comfort Support. They require appropriate qualified providers. Our role is everyday practical assistance, errands, companionship and agreed coordination.
Can I book this service without a care plan?
Yes. You can arrange everyday home help as a standalone service. Tell us what you need and we agree the scope, availability and cost. If you already have a care plan, we check what it covers so any additional work is clear.
