Can you attend a utility appointment on my behalf?
Yes, where the supplier accepts your authorisation and the agreed role. We help with practical access and attendance; you remain responsible for your account and contractual decisions.
Can you pay bills or change my utility contract?
Payment handling and contractual decisions are not part of this service. We can help organise the practical appointment or information you need to deal with the provider yourself.
Can you wait for a furniture or appliance delivery?
We can arrange attendance after confirming the delivery window, access and handling requirements. Installation, heavy lifting and removal of old items are not automatically included.
What if the supplier misses the appointment?
We update you and agree the next step. Waiting time or a return visit depends on the attendance scope agreed beforehand; it is not automatically unlimited.
Can I book this service without a care plan?
Yes. You can arrange utilities & supplier support as a standalone service. Tell us what you need and we agree the scope, availability and cost. If you already have a care plan, we check what it covers so any additional work is clear.
