Is an emergency visit included in Away Complete?
Away Complete includes priority response coordination. Additional on-site attendance, access visits, repairs and parts are separate charges.
Can you help if you do not hold my keys?
We can discuss authorised access with you or a nominated contact. Availability depends on the situation and access arrangements; this is not a locksmith or forced-entry service.
Will you approve repairs without asking me?
