Secure key holding is included in all Away plans and can also be arranged independently. An agreed handover during an existing scheduled visit has no extra handover fee; separate journeys and appointments cost extra.

Is key holding included in every Away Care plan?
Yes. Away Watch, Away Secure and Away Complete all include secure key holding. Storing the keys does not carry another key-holding charge on top of those plans.
Is every key handover free?
An agreed handover during a scheduled visit we are already making has no additional handover charge. A separate trip, appointment or call-out is charged separately and agreed with you.
Can you give keys to a contractor or guest?
Yes, with your authorisation and a clear handover arrangement. A full guest welcome, villa introduction or self-check-in setup is a separate service.
Does key holding include round-the-clock response?
No automatic round-the-clock attendance or response time is included. We agree the access arrangements and contact route, and confirm availability when an additional visit is requested.
Can I book this service without a care plan?
Yes. You can arrange secure key holding as a standalone service. Tell us what you need and we agree the scope, availability and cost. If you already have a care plan, we check what it covers so any additional work is clear.
