Can smart-home controls be added to an existing villa?
Often selected functions can be added without replacing everything. We assess the installed equipment, wiring and network with the appropriate specialist before proposing a suitable scope.
Can you automate air conditioning, pool heating and irrigation?
We can coordinate supported systems and schedules. The exact functions depend on compatible equipment and the rules you approve; not every existing unit supports remote control.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The behaviour depends on the hardware and setup. We discuss local controls and fallback arrangements during planning so you understand which functions depend on connectivity.
Do you provide support after installation?
Ongoing checks, updates and assistance can be arranged separately with a defined scope. Hardware warranties, subscriptions and specialist repairs are identified independently.
Can I book this service without a care plan?
Yes. You can arrange smart-home setup & care as a standalone service. Tell us what you need and we agree the scope, availability and cost. If you already have a care plan, we check what it covers so any additional work is clear.
