Can you manage practical property care while I am abroad?
Yes. We can coordinate agreed maintenance, supplier appointments and follow-up with you remotely. The brief sets the tasks, contact route and spending approvals rather than assuming unlimited management.
Does property management include garden, pool and cleaning work?
The coordination and the work itself are different services. You can combine the relevant care plans or arrange individual jobs. Your agreement identifies the work included and any extra charges.
Can you work with my existing suppliers?
Yes, where the arrangements are workable. Share their details and the agreed responsibilities. We can coordinate access and follow-up without requiring you to replace every existing service provider.
Do you take over bookings, rental income or utility payments?
This service focuses on practical property care and local coordination. Rental marketing, booking management and financial administration are not automatically included. We agree the role and approvals before starting.
Can I book this service without a care plan?
Yes. You can arrange property management as a standalone service. Tell us what you need and we agree the scope, availability and cost. If you already have a care plan, we check what it covers so any additional work is clear.
What information do you need for a quote?
How you use the property, your current suppliers, recurring tasks and the decisions you want help coordinating. We confirm availability for your location and any travel costs before you book.
