Can guests use a code that expires after their stay?
Where the installed system supports timed permissions, we can help arrange them. We first confirm the equipment and agree who creates, changes and removes each permission.
Can you work with my current smart lock or gate?
Send the make, model and setup details. Compatibility and available functions need checking; we do not assume every device or rental platform can be integrated.
What if a battery or the internet connection fails?
We agree a practical fallback based on your hardware, such as authorised physical access or a local support arrangement. Additional attendance and repairs are priced separately.
Is smart access the same as guest check-in?
Smart access supports entry and permissions. An in-person welcome, villa introduction or ongoing guest support is a different service that can be arranged alongside it.
Can I book this service without a care plan?
Yes. You can arrange smart guest access as a standalone service. Tell us what you need and we agree the scope, availability and cost. If you already have a care plan, we check what it covers so any additional work is clear.
