Can you arrange CCTV and alarm installation?
Yes. We help define the brief and coordinate suitable specialists. The proposal sets out equipment, placement, access permissions and installation costs for your property.
Can I access my security system while abroad?
Remote access may be available with compatible equipment and a suitable connection. We confirm the functions, account permissions and any subscriptions during planning.
Does installation include alarm monitoring or emergency response?
Not automatically. Installing and maintaining a system is separate from monitoring alerts or attending a property. Any monitoring or response arrangement must be explicitly agreed.
Can you manage guest and contractor access?
We can coordinate authorised access rules. Temporary guest entry and self-check-in have a separate Smart Guest Access service, while physical key storage can be arranged through Key Holding.
Can I book this service without a care plan?
Yes. You can arrange villa security & access as a standalone service. Tell us what you need and we agree the scope, availability and cost. If you already have a care plan, we check what it covers so any additional work is clear.
