The agreed scope may include filter and unit cleaning, visible drainage checks and operating observations. We confirm it for your equipment. Fault diagnosis, parts and repair work are not assumed to be included in a standard service.
How often should my AC units be serviced?
The appropriate schedule depends on the equipment, manufacturer guidance, use and condition. We can arrange a technician’s recommendation and coordinate appointments around your occupancy.
Can you help if my AC is leaking or not cooling?
Yes. Send the symptoms and unit details so we can arrange appropriate assessment. We do not assume that every cooling problem needs refrigerant or promise a diagnosis from a photograph.
Can servicing be arranged while I am abroad?
Yes, with your authorisation and access arrangements in place. Technician work and any extra attendance are agreed separately from key holding or scheduled home checks.
Can I book this service without a care plan?
