Which Away plans include mail collection?
Away Secure and Away Complete include mail collection during their scheduled visits. Away Watch does not include it as standard; you can request an additional arrangement.
Will you open or scan my letters?
Only if separately agreed and authorised by you. Normal collection and storage do not imply permission to open correspondence or handle its contents.
Can you forward mail to another country?
Forwarding can be arranged with the destination and handling agreed first. Postage, courier charges and any additional service or journey are separate.
Can you receive parcels as well?
Deliveries that coincide with an agreed visit can be discussed. A separate delivery appointment, bulky item or collection from a depot needs a separate arrangement.
Can I book this service without a care plan?
Yes. You can arrange mail collection as a standalone service. Tell us what you need and we agree the scope, availability and cost. If you already have a care plan, we check what it covers so any additional work is clear.
What information do you need for a quote?
Your property location, letterbox access, expected time away and instructions for notifications, storage or forwarding. We confirm availability for your location and any travel costs before you book.
